WE CARE ABOUT YOUR IDENTITY!

Additional steps we take to help protect your identity so you are not a victim of fraud!:

   •   Call to confirm: We call each customer to confirm your order. Please make sure you give us a valid phone number
       during your Shopping Cart Checkout process.
   •   Only ISP or domain name email addresses: We accept orders only from valid ISP or domain name email addresses
       and not from the free, web-based or e-mail forwarding services. If you do not have one, please call us at (866)366-2134 or
       fax the order to (866)366-2134 along with a photocopy of both sides of the credit card.
   •   Shipping address differs from billing address: If the item is being shipped elsewhere, especially for gifts, you need to
       call your Credit Card Holder and ask to have the Shipping Address added on record as an "Alternate Shipping Address".
       Before we ship the order, we will then verify with your Credit Card Holder that it is a valid delivery address per your approval.
   •   Orders that cannot be confirmed: No order is accepted unless the required information is provided during Shopping Cart
       Checkout and can be confirmed by us as valid, otherwise the order will be cancelled.


STANDARD U.S. SHIPPING

All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, FedEx or the most economical service available. Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location. Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order.

Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 14-21 business days.


RETURN POLICY

In order to return merchandise, FIRST you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department within 7 days of the receipt of your order. After obtaining an RMA number, you may then return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items - we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of merchandise receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping, handling, and any gift wrapping charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

After obtaining a RMA number from NobleEssence.com, you then can return your merchandise with the following information to process your return. If this information is not included, we will be unable to process or accept your return:
RMA number
Full name and address
Phone number
E-mail address
Packing slip
Original Order Confirmation Number
Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be sent back to NobleEssence.com using a courier shipped with a trackable delivery confirmation service. (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS)

It will be the sole responsibility of the shipper if any package has not been received by NobleEssence.com and tracking information cannot be provided.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to NobleEssence.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $8.95 re-shipping fee.


CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.


ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, NobleEssence.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit our customer. We will pursue a claim with the delivery carrier on behalf of the customer that the delivery carrier didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from the delivery carrier, we will credit our customers account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that the delivery carrier will accept our claim.


MISSING PRODUCT CLAIMS

Each shipment package and its contents is triple-checked. If a customer claims that one of the products has not been received, our customer may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. The required claim information is below:

If NobleEssence.com determines that there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit our customers account immediately.


DAMAGED PRODUCT CLAIMS

Each customer package and its contents is triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, they may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. The required claim information is below:

Type of Damage (broken bottle, leaking, etc.):

After receiving the claim, NobleEssence.com in most circumstances will request that the damaged product be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with the delivery carrier on behalf of our customer that the delivery carrier didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from the delivery carrier, we will credit our customers account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that the delivery carrier will accept our claim.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card.
